NEW ENGLAND COOPERATIVE, PM ONE, NATIONAL COOPERATIVE BANK Insulated attics of all 221-units, design and construct decorative gable fronts, remove and replaced existing aluminum siding with D-4 vinyl siding, removed and replaced complete kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, restored plumbing as needed. Total job cost in excess of $1,500,000.
